What is the toughest problem you have had to solve? (01/15/2009)
The toughest problem I have had to solve occurred when I was working for a client on a new server. The client had transfered all their data to their server less than a week prior, and I had been called in to perform a restoration of their data to fix a problem they had. During the data restoration I encountered a problem, and was unable to get the computer to boot up. I managed to deploy a secondary server within an hour and they were able to continue operations until I was able to repair and redeploy their main server.
